Right Now We are looking National Sales Manager to develop our business in Vietnam.
The National Sales Manager will lead sales strategy and execution across Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) channels nationwide. This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in MT channel management, preferably within the FMCG industry, who can also oversee GT distributors and manage all key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement national sales strategies for MT & GT channels to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead negotiations and manage relationships with all key accounts, including MT channels and GT distributors.
- Ensure effective coverage and execution across channels, balancing MT and GT priorities.
Channel Management
- Drive MT channel growth through strategic account planning, promotions, and category management.
- Oversee GT distributor management, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market expansion.
- Monitor trade activities, pricing, and distribution to maximize market penetration.
Imported Product Management
- Manage sales of imported products, ensuring compliance with local regulations and smooth coordination with Kokola's international supply chain.
- Collaborate with regional teams to align product launches, packaging, and promotional strategies for the Vietnam market.
- Leverage experience in global sales operations to optimize distribution and strengthen Kokola's positioning as an international brand.
Team Development
- Build, coach, and mentor the sales team to deliver high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure seamless execution.
Business Planning & Reporting
- Prepare annual sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
- Track performance KPIs, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in handling imported products and coordinating with regional teams.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in MT channel management, with proven success in FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of GT distributor operations and trade dynamics. Ability to balance MT and GT priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage national accounts and lead large-scale negotiations.
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability.
- Strong leadership, analytical mindset, and business acumen.
- Strong English communication skills are a must.
Offered Salary Range: 25,000,000 36,000,000 VND gross per month
