Sunrise Events Vietnam (SEV) is recruiting a Sales Intern who will work closely with our Sales team to execute sales plans for the SEV portfolio, which currently includes four calendar events. The role will include delivering a great experience to all our athletes and customers,from prospecting and pitching to registration and ticket distribution. The sales intern will contribute to the success of the organization by helping with all these areas, as well as client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Participating in meetings and recording meeting minutes.
• Assisting the Sales Team with lead generation, including prospect research and data entry.
• Providing administrative support, such as preparing sales presentations and proposals.
• Maintaining and updating customer databases and mailing lists.
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by regularly reviewing and cleaning database records.
• Assisting in the implementation and optimization of the CRM database to streamline sales processes.
• Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone,
• Providing accurate information about event tickets, pricing, and availability.
• Assisting customers with ticket purchases, upgrades, cancellations, and updating or changing information.
• Providing on-site support during events, including handling ticketing inquiries and resolving customer issues.
• Keeping a log of everything learned.

Skills and qualifications:

• An interest in working in sales and a familiarity with sales and negotiation techniques.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Team player.
• Willingness to learn.
• Sales experience (preferred).
