United Consulting is a fast-growing advisory firm helping international and local businesses set up and scale in Vietnam and across ASEAN. We are seeking motivated interns to join our team in three tracks:Marketing, Customer Support & Admin, and Operations.

Your Key Areas of Responsibility:

Marketing Intern

• Assist in creating content (social media, blogs, newsletters, presentations)
• Conduct market research and competitor tracking for new service lines
• Support brand presence across digital platforms
• Your Mindset:You are ready to create consistent content output, sharper branding, and better use of marketing data to support business development. Your writing and communications skills are essential for success.

Sales Support

• Support coordination of projects and internal workflows
• Assist with document preparation, translation (English Vietnamese), and scheduling
• Keep CRM and client records up to date
• Assist with compliance, incorporation documentation, and other operations
• Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and task lists for the consulting team
• Your mindset:You value clear project tracking, and clear handovers. You show that you are reliable with daily support, and take pride in smooth execution. You have a clear thought process and have dependable business logic.

Your Profile Will Have

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in business, marketing, communications, economics, or related fields
• Strong written and spoken English. Chinese, or other language, is a plus
• Clear communication and a structured thought process
• Detail-oriented, proactive, results driven, and eager to learn
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
