Role Description

This full-time, on-site role as a Sales Executive is located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, managing client accounts, and staying updated on travel trends and market insights. The Sales Executive will also work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and relationship management
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Understanding of marketing strategies and customer engagement
  • Knowledge of travel industry trends and experience in creating travel packages is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Travel & Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
