• English: Fluent (Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory for international client communication).
• Bonus: Ability to read/understand Chinese or Japanese technical documents is a major plus.

• Technical Background: A solid understanding of engineering, technical specifications, or manufacturing processes is required.
• Plastics Industry: Prior knowledge of the plastics industry, especially injection molding, is highly preferred.

• Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects, handling timelines, and coordinating between internal teams and clients.
• Sales Drive: Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
