Job Opportunity:
Net Protections Vietnam is expanding our Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) service in the Vietnamese market a product that has already seen strong success in Japan and Taiwan.
Since launching in 2023, we've been working to grow the service and build the future of payments in Vietnam. For our rapidly growing business, we're now looking for a Business Development & Sales Executive who's ready to take on new challenges, passionate about the agility of a startup, and motivated to make a real impact on the business.
Job Responsibility:
1) Market Expansion & New Merchant Acquisition
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business planning, forecasting, and go-to-market strategy
Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to merchant activation in coordination with internal teams (including outreach, meetings, proposals, negotiations, closing, and system integration management)
2) Merchant Success and Growth
Act as the key account manager for strategic merchant partners
Monitor merchant and user performance and propose marketing initiatives to drive usage, satisfaction, and retention
3) Process Improvement & Market Feedback
Analyze performance data and continuously optimize the sales process and internal workflows
Apply structured feedback from merchants and the market to support product improvement

[JOB REQUIREMENTS]
Must have
1) Sales Experience
2-5 years of experience in sales or business development
Preferably experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calling for new business generation and consultative solution selling to effectively deliver value to customers.
2) Mindset and skills (Most important for us)
Strong result-oriented approach with a high sense of ownership and accountability
Growth mindset - open to feedback, eager to take on new challenges, and continuously improve
Strong self-learning ability - able to learn through action, reflection, and minimal supervision
Logical and critical thinking and documentation ability
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
3) Language
Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written)
Nice to have
1) Experience in new market development or merchant acquisition, and end-to-end sales.
Having experience in managing the full sales cycle with KPIs - from lead generation and outreach to negotiation and closing deals.

Knowledge inthe BNPL market and product (merchant pain points, competitor analysis, market trends)
Knowledge inEC or the payment service industry
