Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for a Sales Executive specializing in logistics between Vietnam and the USA. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and managing sales activities to meet or exceed targets. Other responsibilities include negotiating contracts, providing tailored logistics solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Proven experience in sales strategies, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Vietnam-USA logistics operations, including import/export regulations, supply chain management, and freight transportation methods.
- Communication and Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Analytical and Research Skills: Ability to conduct market analysis, identify emerging opportunities, and develop tailored client solutions.
- Organizational and Planning Skills: Proficiency in managing multiple accounts, deadlines, and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in industry software and tools: Familiarity with CRM software, logistics tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages are required for effective client engagement.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent: Preferably in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
