Job Description

ECU Worldwide Vietnam has been operating since 2006 and is now a market leader in consolidation services, continuously expanding logistics and forwarding activities through our global ECU & Lognet network

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with strong market knowledge in LCL, FCL to drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and expand our customer network in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Drive LCL, FCL sales volumes and achieve monthly targets
  • Build and execute sales strategies and business plans
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Coordinate shipments from origin to final destination
  • Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, Accounting, and Overseas Offices
  • Share sales leads and collaborate with ECU Worldwide global network
  • Monitor market trends, trade lanes, and competitor activities
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and other required management reports
  • Support customers with shipment consultation and logistics solutions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Maritime, or related fields
  • 2+ years of sales experience in Shipping / Forwarding / Logistics
  • Strong understanding of LCL/FCL cargo and freight forwarding operations
  • Existing customer base and good relationships with shipping lines/carriers
  • Proven negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong sales mindset, target-driven and proactive
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good command of English (spoken & written)
