We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with strong market knowledge in LCL, FCL to drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and expand our customer network in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Drive LCL, FCL sales volumes and achieve monthly targets
- Build and execute sales strategies and business plans
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Coordinate shipments from origin to final destination
- Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, Accounting, and Overseas Offices
- Share sales leads and collaborate with ECU Worldwide global network
- Monitor market trends, trade lanes, and competitor activities
- Prepare weekly sales reports and other required management reports
- Support customers with shipment consultation and logistics solutions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Maritime, or related fields
- 2+ years of sales experience in Shipping / Forwarding / Logistics
- Strong understanding of LCL/FCL cargo and freight forwarding operations
- Existing customer base and good relationships with shipping lines/carriers
- Proven negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong sales mindset, target-driven and proactive
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good command of English (spoken & written)
