Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Manage assigned customer accounts and develop strong customer relationships.
Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Identify new customers, projects and business opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries and opportunities.
Provide technical and commercial support to customers.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.
Conduct customer visits, product presentations and business discussions.
Monitor market trends, competitors and new business opportunities.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Support new product introduction and customer evaluation activities.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and distributors.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Material Science, Business, Sales or related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a related field.
Experience in semiconductor equipment, semiconductor process engineering or technical sales is an added advantage.
Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong customer service, sales and business development mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Proactive, independent and willing to learn.
Willing to travel for customer visits when required.
