Responsibilities

Responsibilities

- Collect and send field information to the relevant departments about the market, demand, customer satisfaction, technological developments, and the competition and its products.

- Manage, retain, develop and monitor a customer portfolio on a given product/service/market/geographic area.

- Liase with Internal team, Technical Support, R&D for Proposal and Technical Support/troubleshoot

- Able to provide basic technical explanation based on Inventec Product based on Application, Product Data Sheet and Safety Data Sheet

- Able to attend trial / onsite Qualification / customer complain on site/ Production line

- Develop a regular schedule of visits and prospecting to develop new business.

- Review the sales plan by product/service/market and organise his/her work.

- Prospect and follow up with existing/potential customers using sales actions, emails, telephone calls etc.

- Initiate and maintain business contacts with existing and potential customers to build relationships in the medium and long term.

- Analyse client/prospect needs based on a good knowledge of the characteristics of the product/service/market ranges.

- Conduct business visits and interviews with a professional clientele to promote (demonstrations and presentations, seminars, customer showroom visits) and sell products/services.

- Respond to calls for Quotation in conjunction with the Sales Manager and other support departments.

- Negotiate sales or service agreements within predetermined limits (specific prices, discounts and rebates, delivery times, payment terms, etc.).

- Define the sales offer for products/services in keeping with the Sales Administration and Logistics departments.

- Monitor sales, customer satisfaction, invoicing, payments.

- Draft customer visit, business and travel reports.

- Manage, update, track, and enrich the customer/prospect file via the dedicated CRM tool.

- Anticipate sales forecasts for the zone/sector

- Monitor and present sales objectives and the action plan for his/her market.

- Plan and organise his/her sales activity to provide the Sales Manager with a provisional activity schedule.

- Control and report on his/her activities and results to his/her supervisors on a regular basis.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering or equivalent

Experience in Semiconductor, Electronic, Data center will be advantageous

Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads

Willingness to travel within Vietnam

Fluent in extra languages : Korean, Japanese, Chinese are preferred

Ability to drive
