Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer (HVAC Systems) located in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi City, Vietnam. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, designing tailored HVAC solutions, and providing detailed technical support. Daily tasks include preparing and delivering technical presentations, negotiating contracts, assisting with problem-solving and system troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent support and services.

Qualifications

• Sales Engineering and Sales skills
• Technical Support and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Knowledge of HVAC Systems and Energy Management Solutions is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering, HVAC Technology, or related field
• We are hiring 2 Sales Engineers: 01 based in our Ho Chi Minh office and 01 based in our Hanoi office.
