Responsibilities
a) Strategy & Planning
- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets for the entire network.
- Define market penetration strategies and manage sales channels, both B2C and B2B.
b) Sales Performance Management
- Monitor the sales performance of centers and individual sales staff.
- Implement corrective actions to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
c) Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and develop Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
- Equip teams with product knowledge, sales process expertise, and customer engagement skills.
d) Marketing & Sales Activation
- Collaborate with Marketing to execute events, campaigns, and sales activations to generate leads.
- Build and maintain networks of potential customers and leverage referrals from existing customers.
e) Process Compliance & Optimization
- Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting requirements, CRM usage, and sales processes.
- Continuously improve sales tools, reporting systems, and data management.
f) Reporting & Analysis
- Report business results directly to the Executive Board.
- Analyze sales data to identify insights, forecast trends, and recommend strategic actions.

- Customer satisfaction
- Center development and expansion
- Staff retention rate
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years in senior sales management roles within the education sector (e.g., school management, language center chains).
- Deep understanding of local and international education markets.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
- Prior experience in large-scale training organizations with proven revenue growth is highly desirable.
