Modulex Vietnam | Ho Chi Minh City | Full-time
Modulex is an innovative enterprise operating in the smart robotic housing industry with global-scale projects. We are currently looking for a driven and execution-oriented Purchasing Officer with technical procurement expertise to partner with our Supply Chain & Warehouse Department during our product research and development phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term sales and go-to-market strategies for domestic and international markets.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Build and manage distribution networks, strategic partnerships, and key customer relationships.
- Lead negotiations and commercial discussions for large-scale B2B projects with developers, contractors, and international partners.
- Monitor sales performance, optimize commercial processes, and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, and Finance to ensure successful market execution.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales leadership team while establishing effective performance management frameworks.
- Promote the adoption of CRM, business intelligence, and data-driven sales management practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Engineering, Construction, or related disciplines. A Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, including 3–5 years in a Sales Director or equivalent leadership position.
- Proven experience in manufacturing, building materials, furniture manufacturing, modular construction, prefabricated buildings, real estate, engineering, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in developing international markets, particularly Australia, New Zealand, or the Middle East.
- Solid understanding of international trade, export operations, commercial contracts, and global business practices.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English with excellent business communication and negotiation capability.
