Job Description
Strategic Sales Leadership
· Develop and execute a comprehensive advertising sales strategy to drive revenue across Company's platforms.
· Identify and penetrate new market segments and advertising verticals to expand market share.
· Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and long-term account management.
Partnership & Relationship Management
· Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with key media agencies, direct brands, and advertisers.
· Negotiate high-level media buying contracts and ensure competitive positioning of Company's inventory.
· Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Company at industry events and trade conferences to boost visibility.
Operational & Team Excellence
· Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to ensure consistent attainment of individual and departmental KPIs.
· Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to develop integrated sales packages and solutions.
· Monitor sales performance metrics, manage revenue forecasting, and provide transparent reporting to senior leadership.
Required qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
Required working experience
· Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in advertising sales, media sales, or digital media platforms.
Required languages
· Proficient in English.
Required knowledge and skills
· Proven track record of managing a sales department and leading large-scale revenue growth.
· Deep understanding of the media landscape, digital ad tech, and the advertising agency ecosystem.
· Exceptional negotiation, closing, and presentation skills.
· Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional sales teams.
· Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools, revenue forecasting, and market analysis.
