Job Description

About Dayos

Dayos is the AI-first version of the systems integrators and application management firms that have supported enterprise ERPs for decades. We're building this company in Singapore, for the long term.

Hero, our platform, doesn't just watch your systems. It logs in, does the work, and validates the output inside Oracle, Workday and SAP. At a Singapore enterprise, Hero closed 9 of 10 support tickets that had been open for an average of three weeks, taking roughly 10 minutes per request.

Every company in the world runs Oracle, Workday or SAP, and many run more than one. Yet no school teaches students how to implement and manage them, and fewer people do this work every year. That gap is what we're built to close.

Enterprises spend billions every year supporting these systems, and much of that work is still manual. Three years building Hero. Enterprise customers already in production. Now we're closing our seed round and building the Singapore go-to-market team from the ground up.

The Role

We're building our first SDR team in Singapore. This is a clear career path into enterprise AI sales, and it is not a high-volume seat. You'll research deeply, form a point of view, and open enterprise accounts other people can't.

You'll open accounts at the Oracle, Workday and SAP enterprises across Singapore and Southeast Asia who are quietly frustrated with what they're paying for support and what they're getting back. Your job is to find them, understand what's actually broken, and get them into a conversation with us.

You'll work directly with our founder, who runs every demo and owns every deal cycle as your Account Executive. The AE owns the deal cycle, but the top of that cycle is yours: the research, the first outreach, the initial framing of the problem in our terms, and the handoff once the conversation is real.

You're not joining an established sales machine. You're helping build one. You'll be among the first SDRs on our team, learning together, competing for the best accounts, and writing the Singapore outbound playbook that every hire after you will follow.

This will be demanding. Enterprise sales means rejection, ambiguity and uncomfortable conversations with senior people. We'll give you unusual responsibility early, and we expect you to grow into it quickly.

If you perform, we won't keep you in an SDR seat just because that's how the traditional ladder works.

What You'll Do

  • Own the top of the funnel across a named-account territory of Oracle, Workday and SAP customers in the region
  • Research the accounts struggling with the cost, responsiveness or quality of their current ERP and HCM support, and work out where Hero fits
  • Write outreach that earns a reply. Across call, LinkedIn and email. A message that shows you understand the company gets a response. One that reads like a template does not
  • Partner with your Account Executive on account strategy, and hand off qualified conversations when the fit is clear
  • Join every demo you source and learn how enterprise deals actually close
  • Feed the market back to us. You'll often know the market's real objection before anyone else in the company does

Your Career Path

Our route to Account Executive runs through Solutions Engineering. We think the people who sell Hero should be able to demo it themselves. There is no arbitrary two-year SDR tenure.

  • Months 0-3. Master enterprise prospecting, Hero, Oracle/Workday/SAP economics and executive outreach, with live shadowing on active accounts
  • Months 3-6. Own account strategy and qualified pipeline across your named enterprise accounts, with weekly 1:1s with the founder
  • Months 6-12. Begin running discovery and participating directly in enterprise deal cycles alongside our founder
  • After 12 months, Solutions Engineer. Top-performing SDRs who hit quota are considered for our Solutions Engineering training programme. You run your own demos and your base goes up 20%
  • Next, Account Executive. Top-performing Solutions Engineers who make quota are considered for promotion, with another 20% raise

What You Bring

Formal sales experience isn't expected.

  • Charisma and hustle. You read a room fast, get people talking, and don't wait for someone to hand you the next move
  • Evidence of unusual performance. Your career, athletics, building something of your own, fundraising, sales: anywhere the results were measurable and stood out
  • Real curiosity about big enterprises. You want to understand why a Fortune 500 finance team is stuck on a support ticket for three weeks, and you'll dig until you know
  • Work experience outside sales. Finance, HR, procurement, IT or anywhere else. If you've worked inside Oracle, Workday or SAP, even better
  • A strong writer. You can turn ten minutes of research on a company into a three-sentence email a CIO actually reads
  • A strong communicator on the phone. You build rapport fast and hold your own with senior finance, procurement and HR leaders
  • Resilient by disposition. Cold outreach means constant no's, and you treat each one as information about the market
  • A growth mindset. You want the hard feedback from call reviews because it's the fastest way to get better
  • Fluent with AI tools. You use them daily and have a point of view on how a lean go-to-market team should run on them

What You'll Learn

By the end of your first year, with weekly call reviews and direct coaching from our founder:

  • Communicate with senior finance, IT and procurement leaders, handle objections, and hold your own in executive-level conversations
  • Speak fluently about Oracle, Workday and SAP economics: what they cost, what they replace, and where they fail
  • Understand how AI is reshaping enterprise operations, not at a headline level but in the details buyers care about
  • Build pipeline strategy for a named territory and defend it in weekly reviews
  • Run discovery, qualify opportunities, and progress deals toward close

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation shown is based on full-time employment.

  • Base salary. S$5,600 per month, S$67,200 per year
  • OTE at plan. S$100,800 per year, against a target of 24 qualified demos a year
  • Commission. S$700 per qualified demo held, S$2,400 when that demo closes as Starter, S$3,600 when it closes as Pro. Uncapped, with accelerators above quota
  • Career growth. +20% base on promotion to Solutions Engineer, another +20% on promotion to Account Executive
  • Leave. Unlimited PTO, plus Singapore public holidays
  • Medical. Comprehensive coverage included
  • CPF. Contributions for eligible employees
  • Global exposure. Customers across Southeast Asia, North America and Europe. Regional travel comes with the seat as accounts mature
  • Equipment. Whatever you need to do the job well

Practical Details

  • Team. Enterprise AI, go-to-market
  • Location. Singapore, on-site
  • Employment type. Full-time and part-time opportunities available
  • Start date. December 2026 or January 2027
  • Eligibility. Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents

Interview Process

  • Phone screen, 30 minutes. Align on the role, your background and timing
  • Written exercise. A short research task on a real enterprise, and the outreach you'd write off it
  • Role play, 45 minutes. A cold call and an objection-handling scenario, together
  • Founder conversation, 30 minutes. Mission, expectations, mutual fit
