We are looking for a Sales & Customer Experience Executive who can combine strong sales and customer service capabilities with creative content skills, contributing to the storytelling and growth of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the team, you will represent the brand in all customer interactions. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service experiences, developing corporate clients, and supporting brand building across communication channels. This role reports directly to the Founder.

Job Description

  • Sales & Customer Service (B2C Online): Provide consultation and close sales via Facebook, Instagram, Website, and Zalo, while ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the buying journey.
  • B2C Operations: Manage end-to-end order processing on Haravan, including order creation, shipping coordination, and payment handling, while maintaining accurate inventory tracking.
  • E-commerce: Manage and optimize the Haravan website (pricing, product categories, configurations), monitor online revenue performance, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Content & Marketing: Plan monthly content calendars, collaborate with the Marketing team on strategy, and directly produce weekly content (videos, visuals, blogs).
  • Support shooting and scripting when needed.
  • Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with the Marketing team to execute campaigns, join weekly meetings, propose new content ideas, and coordinate with KOLs/KOCs.
  • Reporting & Market Research: Compile periodic revenue reports and analyze customer behavior to extract insights for optimizing sales performance and content effectiveness.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, e-commerce, content, or performance marketing
  • Experience with Haravan systems is a plus
  • Strong communication and sales consulting skills
  • Proactive, able to multitask and collaborate effectively within teams
  • Logical thinking with the ability to read and analyze basic data
