KLAUS Refrigeration is a leading manufacturer of commercial refrigeration equipment for the hospitality industry. Based in Vietnam, we deliver high-quality refrigeration solutions for restaurants, hotels, and resorts worldwide.

Role Description

The Sales Coordinator supports sales operations, customer service, and administrative activities to ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams, contributing to efficient sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Working location:Lot F14-4, No.24 Street, Hiep Phuoc Industrial Zone, Nha Be District, HCMC

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  2. Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment and materials.
  3. Acting as primary customer service contact for dealers/customers. Responding to complaints from customers and after-sale support when requested. Inform customers of unforeseen delays or problems.
  4. Make a quotation based on the request of sales staff and customers. Send documents and quotations to customers as requested after approval.
  5. Manage quotation requests and tenders by coordinating with relevant departments.
  6. Handle the processing of orders with accuracy and timelines.
  7. Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
  8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing to optimize workflows.
  9. Assist the sales manager in the preparation of reports and ensure timely submission

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or other related technical fields.
  2. 2+years of experience in Sales Administration or Customer Service, including.
  3. Equipment industry is an advantage.
  4. Good administrative tasks; well-organized, independently and problem solving skill.
  5. Good Computer skill (MS office, CRM,..)
  6. Proficiency in English (Spoken & Written).
  7. The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and deadline meeting.
