Position: Sales Acquisition Coordinator
Location: CMC Creative Space, Dist. 7, HCMC
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am – 6.00 pm
1. Key Responsibilities
As part of the SEA SMB team, this role is responsible for the VN market with the following details:
· Develop and execute strategic plans for the Vietnam B2B segment, focusing specifically on SMB corporate accounts.
· Build a robust sales funnel to effectively achieve acquisition targets.
· Initiate and implement improvements to accelerate the Sales process and optimize resource utilization.
· Gather market trends and competitor intelligence to propose appropriate and effective reaction plans.
v Day-to-day execution
· Verify inbound leads
· Build outbound pipeline
· Pitching with B2B clients
· Close deal and onboard new clients (Including documentation)
2. Qualifications & Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree coupled with 1–3 years of proven experience in Sales, Telesales, or Customer Service within a related industry. B2B sales experience is highly preferred.
· Demonstrated integrity, discipline, and respect in the performance of duties.
· Ability to work independently and think strategically when approaching tasks.
· Coachable attitude and openness to feedback.
· Strong and effective communication skills with good presentation and speaking abilities; able to articulate ideas clearly and succinctly both verbally and visually.
· Good proficiency in English (verbal and written).
· Comfortable with data analysis tools such as MS Office and Google Docs / Sheets / Slides.
3. Compensation & Benefits
· Basic salary: 11,000,000 Gross VND (based on experience and skills).
· Monthly & Quarterly Incentives from 4,000,000 VND to 12,000,000 VND.
· 100% salary during the 2-month probation period with full SHUI.
· Annual leave entitlement.
· Laptop provided.
