Position: Sales & Business Coordinator
Location: Head Office, Bay Hien Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Ward 12, Tan Binh District, HCMC)
Heritage Line — Southeast Asia's boutique luxury cruise operator — is looking for a Sales & Business Coordinator to support our international Sales & Marketing operations and ensure our commercial processes run seamlessly.
What You'll Do
- Manage contracts, agreements, reseller accounts, and account data with accuracy and care
- Coordinate sales & business development activities, including meetings, site visits, and business trips
- Act as a key contact point for international reseller partners, handling inquiries and follow-ups proactively
- Compile weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales reports, supporting revenue and occupancy tracking
- Support operational sales activities such as group & charter proposals and cruise product information
- Monitor BD follow-ups on key leads and proactively support business development momentum
- Handle finance-related documents within Sales & Marketing (payment requests, invoices, records)
- Continuously improve sales administration processes and information flow
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, business support, or similar roles
- Experience working with international clients or reseller partners
- Strong understanding ofsales processes, account management, and basic marketing concepts
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM / CRS systems is a strong advantage
- Proactive, reliable, pressure-resistant, and able to work independently
- A collaborative team player with a positive, service-driven mindset
