Role Purpose
Sales & Client Development Executive is responsible for driving sales performance, proactively developing a high-quality client portfolio, and delivering an exceptional luxury client experience. The role combines sales, relationship management, and personal content creationto support brand visibility and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Performance & Business Development
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets in line with boutique objectives.
- Proactively identify, approach, and develop new client opportunities both in-store and through external channels (networking, referrals, social selling, private appointments).
- Provide expert consultation on diamond jewelry, including product features, craftsmanship, certification, and styling.
- Drive conversion through personalized recommendations and effective closing techniques.
- Maintain accurate sales records, client notes, and performance reports.
2. Clienteling & Relationship Management
- Build, maintain, and expand a loyal client base through personalized engagement and long-term relationship strategies.
- Collect, manage, and update client profiles (preferences, purchase history, key dates) using CRM tools.
- Conduct regular follow-ups via phone, messaging, email, and social platforms to introduce new collections, exclusive offers, and private events.
- Develop tailored outreach initiatives for VIP and high-potential clients to maximize lifetime value.
3. Content Creation & Social Selling
- Create and publish regular content (posts, short videos, stories) on social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, focusing on:
- Diamond jewelry styling and wearability,...
- Product highlights and craftsmanship
- Brand storytelling and boutique activities
- Leverage personal and brand social channels to generate qualified leads and client inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on mini digital campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, luxury positioning, and visual standards.
4. Luxury Client Experience & Brand Standards
- Deliver a consistently refined, professional, and memorable luxury client experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and communicate information with clarity and confidence.
- Support in-store events, private viewings, and collection previews.
- Maintain impeccable personal presentation and behavior in line with luxury brand standards.
Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, Retail Management, or related fields preferred.
- Have experience in retail, preferably in diamond jewelry, fine jewelry, watches or fashion.
- Proven experience in proactive client acquisition and relationship development.
- Experience in social media content creation or digital client outreach is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales mindset with clear KPI and performance orientation.
- Ability to create engaging digital content and understand social media trends.
- Highly proactive, disciplined in follow-ups, and client-focused.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, basic analytics, and digital tools.
- English communication skills required; additional languages are a plus.
