The Specialist, B2BSales,is responsible formanaging the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. Works closely with marketing andimplementationteams to drive pipeline growth and deliverexcellentcustomer experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, contact, and qualify prospective customers through inbound and outbound outreach, including calls, emails, and scheduled appointments.
- Financial consulting: Consultingoptimalfinancial solutions for customersbased oncustomer knowledge and industry developments.
- Manage the full sales process from lead qualification and discovery todeal withclosure and contract execution, prepare business requirements.
- Understand customer needs, business goals, and challenges to recommenda suitableproductpackage.
- Clearly communicate product value,demonstraterelevant use cases, and tailor presentations or demos to each customer.
- Maintain andoptimizea growing sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and conversion focused activities.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, andimplementationteams, as well as partners.
- Stay current products, market trends, and competitive offerings to effectively position solutions.
- Use CRM tools to track leads, forecast sales, and report progress accurately.
- Monitoring,evaluating,and proposing adjustments to sales and care plans for customers.
HIRING REQUIREMENT
- Morethan 2years of experienceworking inthe field of sales / sales support for corporate customers.
- Language: English (Business Level)
- University degree. Specialization in Foreign Trade / Economy / Finance / Banking is preferred.
- KnowledgeofBanking and Financial products is a plus.
- Prior success in achievement of personal and team sales quota/goals
- Experience learningnew technologyand data
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
- Experience working withTMSorFICO apps
