The Specialist, B2B Sales is responsible for managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. Works closely with marketing and sales teams to drive pipeline growth and deliver an excellent customer experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, contact, and qualify prospective customers through inbound and outbound outreach, including calls, emails, and scheduled appointments.
Manage the full sales process from lead qualification and discovery to deal closure and contract execution.
Understand customer needs, business goals, and challenges to recommend suitable cloud-based solutions.
Clearly communicate product value, demonstrate relevant use cases, and tailor presentations or demos to each customer.
Maintain and optimize a growing sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and conversion focused activities.
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams, as well as partners.
Stay current products, market trends, and competitive offerings to effectively position solutions.
Use CRM tools to track leads, forecast sales, and report progress accurately.
HIRING REQUIREMENT
2+ years of experience working in a sales capacity
Prior success in achievement of personal and team sales quota/goals
Experience in high-volume calling
Experience learning new technology and data
Problem solving skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Language: English (Business Level)
