Own the monthly pulse survey end-to-end across all BD (Office + Field, North + South), design/refine the survey, distribution, follow-up, response rate management
Build and maintain the engagement/health tracker by team/region; decide what cuts of the data matter (morale, workload, retention risk, satisfaction with coaching/tools, not training effectiveness alone) and keep the view leadership uses current
Independently flag notable score drops or patterns to the lead of Sales Capability with supporting analysis
Culture & Recognition
Own the monthly recognition cycle: MVP of the month, peer nominated recognition, announcement materials
Own milestone celebration tracking (first deal, promotion, work anniversary)
Design and run the team engagement calendar, monthly meetings, competitions, team events, bonding activities
Closing the Loop on BD Health
Turn survey/health findings into action: draft the action item(s) shared with BD Managers/HOD each cycle, covering culture, morale, and retention risk, not only training gaps, and track follow-through
Maintain a clear record of what was found and what changed as a result, cycle over cycle
Identify when a risk pattern (repeated low scores, complaints, early attrition signals, culture friction) needs to be escalated to the Sales Capability lead and/or HRBP, and make the call to escalate without waiting to be asked
Requirements
Experience
2–4 years of experience in HR/People, employee engagement, internal communications, or a program-ownership role with real accountability for outcomes, not just logistics
Experience running a recurring program (survey, recognition cycle, event series) with minimal oversight, comfortable being the one who decides the format, not just executes someone else's design
Exposure to a field-sales or frontline-heavy organization is a strong plus
Skills & Capabilities
Comfortable owning a pillar with light-touch management
Solid with spreadsheets/trackers and data summarization (trend by team/region, simple charts, pattern-spotting)
Clear written communication for recognition content and concise findings summaries to leadership
Organized enough to run three concurrent programs (survey, recognition, calendar) without things slipping
