Identify and acquire new clients/customers hiring Tech Talents, such as Software Engineers, QA/QC, Business/Data Analyst, Product Owner, DevOps Engineer, and IT Management-level professionals.
Focus on IT Staffing/IT Outsourcing services, mainly targeting the Vietnam market (90%) and the APAC regions.
Proactively conduct meetings, messaging, or conduct sales calls with potential clients/customers.
Maintain positive professional relationships with both new and existing clients and customers.
Negotiate and prepare sales contracts to ensure they meet legal, corporate guidelines using company-approved templates.
Monitor contract progress for any successful IT Staffing/IT Outsourcing deals, and provide the best advice or solution in some urgent/unexpected cases.
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of equivalent experience as a role, such as: Business Development, Sales, Account Manager, or Account Executive.
Must have experience in the IT Staffing/IT Outsourcing services.
English communication skills: intermediate level required.
