Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development professional based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires managing the sales pipeline, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet and exceed business development objectives. The candidate will be integral in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market presence. Details are outlined below:

Responsible for providing administrative and business development support to the Business Development team for INDUSTRY sector only in Vietnam, Cambodia & Laos.

Conduct market studies to evaluate ACT potentials in Vietnam, Cambodia & Laos countries.

Ensuring the CRM is fully updated with complete and accurate information at all times.

Responsible for maintaining ongoing client contacts with potential and current clients.

Responsible to ensure the efficient support of the Business Development team by maintaining and updating key contacts regularly, checking contractual terms, verifying contractual requirements at each stage of the project, notifying the appropriate Directors of any issues that arise with a strong sense of urgency.

Maintain the filing system for Business Development to ensure that all tender and proposal documents are securely filed and are easily retrieved.

Liaise with the relevant Directors in charge of the production of the project in order to update the project sheet and maintain clear communication between production, finance and business development.

Prepare and send marketing/business development materials to the client as required. (main in charge by Client Services Manager while this position is presenting in the organization).

Follow up the tendering procedure to ensure that it is efficiently undertaken and clearly reflects the terms of negotiation by the Business Development Department.

Qualifications

Degree qualifications in either a related technical field or Business Administration, or substantial relevant INDUSTRY experience supporting a Commercial/Business Development Department.

Years of experience: Minimum of 05 Years experience working within administration within a Commercial/Business Development Department, preferably within the construction/ architecture/ engineering industries.

Good understanding of the technical aspects, costs and scheduling of Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture and Engineering Design and Project Management in order to be able to influence and sell services to clients.

Advanced time management and organizational skills and efficiently ensure that all administrative processes associated with Business Development are efficiently undertaken.

Advanced written and spoken communication skills including the ability to make clear and accurate translations where required.

Strong results orientation and self-motivation.

Advanced written and spoken English skills are also required.
