SALES ASSISTANT MANAGER

Responsibilities

Assist the Sales Manager in planning, coordinating, and managing staff and services to ensure efficient restaurant operations and consistent customer service standards

Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve operational and service excellence while fostering a positive work environment.

Deputize for senior management during their absence to maintain seamless operations

Collaborate with service and food preparation staff to reduce wastage and enhance productivity and efficiency

Analyse operating results with the team to identify and implement performance improvements

Monitor inventory, ordering, stock control and cash handling to minimise waste and maximise profitability.

Inspect table setups regularly to verify cleanliness, neatness, and compliance with restaurant standards
