We are MVTEX, a globally expanding Indian manufacturer with 40+ years of heritage in laboratory glassware for scientific, industrial & healthcare institutions.

We are entering Vietnam and looking for a sharp, energetic, and motivated local Sales & Marketing Intern who can work as a Business Development Partner to help us introduce our high-quality products to the right distributors.

Your Responsibilities

Phase 1 — Remote & pre-travel

You will: 

✔ Research top laboratory equipment distributors and trading companies 

✔ Call/visit potential decision-makers to present our brand 

✔ Arrange confirmed sales meetings (with date, time & contact person) 

✔ Provide weekly progress reporting 

✔ Coordinate logistics for our visit

You will work closely with our India team — full guidance and pitch training will be provided.

Phase 2 — On-Ground Business Meetings

You will: 

✔ Accompany our representative from India for all scheduled meetings 

✔ Support with Vietnamese–English communication + negotiation 

✔ Represent the brand as the local face of MVTEX 

✔ Help finalize deals, pricing discussions & follow-ups

Your success here can convert into a long-term engagement.

Who We're Looking For

  • Based in Indonesia & willing to travel nationwide 
  • Fluent in Vietnamese + English 
  • Have some experience in sales / business development (preferred) 
  • Confident communicator with convincing personality 
  • Professional work attitude & reliability 
  • Comfortable working alongside a male/female colleague from India 

Payment & Incentives (Clear + Fair)

We believe in rewarding results, not empty promises. 

Our payment structure ensures both sides are protected:

Phase 1 – Securing Confirmed Meetings

  • You are paid per confirmed meeting (Example: 25-35 USD per confirmed meeting) 
  • Payment released in your bank account every 5 confirmed meetings 
  • Minimum goal: 20 confirmed meetings across key cities

Phase 2 – Travel + Meeting Support

  • Daily allowance in cash during travel for: 
  • ✓ Local travel 
  • ✓ Food & expenses 
  • Bonus incentives for successful distributor onboarding 

No target achievement = no loss for you. 

Higher performance = higher earnings.
