Sales and Customer Service Executive

Job Summary

You will increase sales by maintaining strong customer relationships and serving as the primary customer contact. You will work independently and collaboratively, travel across Singapore, and apply automotive engineering knowledge to support customer needs.

• Serve as the primary contact to respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and support needs
• Apply automotive engineering expertise to analyze customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Manage tasks independently to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate efforts and achieve shared sales objectives
• Travel across Singapore to engage customers, conduct meetings, and support sales activities
• Take initiative to identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and sales performance
