Key Responsibilities
- Keep CRM and project tools up to date with accurate sales and client data
- Follow up on proposals, agreements, and documents with clients and internal teams
- Track deadlines, ensure handoffs, and chase updates from the sales/AM team
- Generate weekly reports on pipeline, revenue, and engagement status
- Join sales meetings to take notes, summarize actions, and help ensure follow-ups
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings
Ideal Candidate
- 02 years of experience in a coordinator, admin, or operations support role
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Able to communicate clearly and proactively with team members
- Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and spreadsheets
- Fluent in Vietnamese with good written English skills
