We're Hiring | Sales Director – Technology Staffing | Singapore
TeamLease is looking for an experienced Sales Director to drive business growth in Singapore's IT staffing and technology services market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new client acquisition and enterprise business development.
- Grow IT contract staffing and technology recruitment business.
- Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and key accounts.
- Lead commercial negotiations, revenue growth and profitability.
- Develop sales strategies and build a strong client portfolio.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in IT staffing, technology recruitment or workforce solutions.
- Proven track record in enterprise sales and business development.
- Experience managing strategic accounts, revenue targets and commercial contracts.
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore market.
