Role Description

As a Sales Executive at Simpia, you will play a key role in guiding potential learners on their piano journey. You will consult, demonstrate, and convert leads into active users through a personalized and value-driven approach. This role requires ownership of the full sales cycle and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a dedicated mentor and companion to prospective learners, helping them define their piano learning path aligned with their goals.
  • Provide tailored consultation on learning journeys, clearly explaining how Simpia accelerates progress through its technology and interactive learning approach.
  • Carry weekly targets for enrollments & revenue.
  • Proactively manage the full sales cycle for assigned leads, including outreach calls, product demos, closing deals, and post-sales support.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and continuously provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.

Skill Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales 
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to handle situations tactfully.
  • Experience in EdTech or music learning products is preferred.
  • Highly disciplined in work execution: able to build and manage a sales pipeline, track customer responses, prioritize tasks, and consistently exceed targets on time.
  • Strong sales mindset with a clear understanding of Simpia's value proposition and the ability to communicate it persuasively.
  • Passion for delivering the best possible customer experience.
