Job Description:
We are looking for highly-skilled Chinese-Speaking Embedded Software Project Managers to join our client In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) development team.The team develops state-of-the-art Automotive Head Unit and Home Appliance systems based on Linux/Android. We deliver solutions for navigation, autonomous driving, and IoT features to leading car markers globally.
Main Roles:
- Manage software development for the latest generation of IVI systems
- Work directly with international automotive experts
- Interface with customers as the primary contact for the software lifecycle
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Quality, Cost, and Delivery (Q-C-D) of the project
- Analyze, clarify, and document customer requirements
- Issue and track development tasks for the engineering team
- Lead problem-solving activities to ensure milestones and quality standards are met
- Manage project risks and provide team leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering (Computer, Electronics, Telecommunication, etc.)
- At least 8 years of experience in Embedded Software Development
- Strong at project management and risk management
- Knowledge of microcontrollers and V-model process
- Fluent in Chinese (verbal and written)
- Good English communication skills
- Desirable: Automotive industry experience (In-Vehicle Communication, Safety Standards); PMP certificate
