The Opportunity

Our partner is a leading Australian company specializing in unique lifestyle communities and holiday experiences! Founded in 2006, this family-owned business operates a growing portfolio of land lease communities, holiday parks, and mixed-use caravan parks. They are expanding their team and seeking a Revenue Manager to join their team.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations, and proven leadership experience to oversee revenue management functions. As part of the commercial resourcing team, the Revenue Manager will collaborate across disciplines to deliver exceptional day-to-day asset management.

What You'll Do

  • Guide the Revenue Management function to achieve budgeted goals by applying occupancy and rate principles to maximize yield. Ensure all units and stakeholders understand the drivers of their business and execute revenue management effectively.
  • Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and best practices for revenue operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs and processes.
  • Manage technical accounting aspects related to the company's revenue streams.
  • Align Revenue Management and Distribution strategies with sales, marketing, operations, and development teams to drive commercial success.
  • Oversee distribution and channel connectivity, including technical setup and skillset development for revenue management systems at both corporate and property levels.
  • Develop and execute distribution strategies tailored to geographic source markets, collaborating on campaigns across direct and indirect online channels.
  • Maximize revenue delivery through the distribution network, focusing on profitable Public Direct rates to enhance profitability and brand awareness.
  • Set up revenue functions at the property level, providing training and support for smooth integration and start-up.
  • Provide resources, tools, and guidance to the team, offering one-on-one assistance and training as needed.
  • Continuously identify and implement best practices to stay ahead of competitors and achieve weekly, monthly, and annual targets.

Key Criteria


  • A university degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Solid experience in Revenue Management, ideally in a corporate setting preferably from leading hospitality or related companies.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven attitude and a proven industry track record.
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
  • Knowledge of Central Reservation Systems (CRS) and configuration expertise is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide Revenue & Distribution teams and deliver measurable results.

Work Set Up


Work setup & hours may vary by location in accordance with local norms, practices & policies.

Viet Nam: In this role, you are required to work hybrid in the first month (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home), then will transition into full time remote work. Working hours from 8.00 AM - 5.00 PM VNT.
