What You'll Do
- Develop and execute distribution strategies across direct, OTA, and third-party channels to maximize reach, conversion, and revenue performance.
- Optimize channel mix to balance cost of acquisition, profitability, and overall booking performance.
- Manage key distribution partners and platforms, ensuring strong relationships and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics including conversion, cost of sale, and revenue contribution, providing insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure rate parity, accurate inventory mapping, and system integrity across all booking channels and platforms.
- Oversee channel manager and booking system integrations, troubleshooting connectivity issues in collaboration with IT and vendors.
- Lead and develop the distribution team, providing coaching, direction, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Revenue, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align strategies and support campaigns.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across distribution processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and performance.
Key Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum four years experience in channel/distribution management, revenue management, digital channels within the hospitality/property industry is a must.
- Proven experience in tools such as SynXis Central Reservation System, IDeaS Revenue Management System, and RMS Cloud Property Management System.
- Strong experience managing online distribution platforms including OTAs, direct channels, and third-party booking systems.
- Proven analytical capability with experience interpreting performance data, reporting, and driving actionable insights.
- Commercial acumen with a clear understanding of cost of sale, channel profitability, and revenue optimization.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop, coach, and manage team members.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am – 3 pm PHT) with a hybrid set up of 1x onsite per month.
- Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower, Xom Chieu Ward): Vietnam business hours (8 am – 5 pm) with a hybrid set up of 1x onsite per month.
