JOB DESCRIPTION
Receive and analyze recruitment requirements from clients or the Recruitment Manager for Tech (IT) and Back Office positions (HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, etc.).
Develop recruitment plans, including timelines, candidate sourcing channels, and suitable outreach strategies for each position.
Proactively source candidates through multiple channels:
Post job advertisements and optimize the effectiveness of online and offline sourcing channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Prepare shortlists and recommend qualified candidates to clients or hiring managers.
Coordinate interview schedules, track recruitment progress, and provide two-way feedback updates.
Support the offer negotiation process and guide candidates through onboarding procedures.
Monitor and report recruitment progress on a weekly/monthly basis and propose process improvements.
Manage candidate data on ATS/CRM systems.
Participate in networking activities and HR events to expand the talent pool and strengthen employer branding.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, Sociology, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT/Tech or Back Office recruitment.
Good understanding of the labor market and recruitment channels (online/offline).
Experience with ATS/CRM systems or LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong sourcing skills and ability to build candidate networks.
Good interviewing, evaluation, and communication skills.
Strong planning, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Proactive, highly responsible, able to work under pressure and results-oriented.
