Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Consultant, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Recruitment Consultant will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, consulting with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. The role also involves fostering client relationships and providing tailored recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.

- Conduct screening calls to assess qualifications and fit.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

- Manage full-cycle recruitment.

- Support offer preparation, negotiation, and onboarding.

- Meet KPIs, SLAs, and client requirements.

- Provide recruitment solutions to challenges.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

- 12 years recruitment experience in agency/headhunting.

- Strong knowledge of sourcing and evaluation.

- Fluent in English.

- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with international clients.

- Familiar with CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter.

- Knowledge of IT and non-IT hiring.

- APAC hiring experience preferred.
