About The Role
We are looking for a passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing HR Services Team . This position is designed for managing the full recruitment cycle, from the client to the sourcing and screening of candidates. Placing them in roles that fit their skills, personality, and aspirations.
This role is crucial in ensuring the satisfaction of both clients and candidates, contributing to our reputation for excellence with Sunbytes Recruitment.
Key responsibilities
Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process and develop strategies to increase efficiency, improve engagement, and enhance the candidate experience.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Leverage innovative sourcing methods and strengthen our employer brand through social media, networking events, and job boards to attract talents
Provide guidance and feedback to candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive experience.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to share market insights, candidate leads, and best practices.
Guide and mentor junior teammates, providing support and sharing best practices.
Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to the growth and success of the service.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in recruitment with a proven track record in understanding people, and organizations.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
Ability to guide and mentor junior teammates.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
