About the Role
The Recruitment Consultant plays a pivotal role in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to managing client relationships and closing successful hires.
You will act as a strategic talent partner, supporting clients with their hiring needs while ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Market Mapping
- Build and manage active pipelines of candidates across various industries and roles.
- Conduct targeted searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
- Develop an understanding of market trends, talent pools, and competitor insights.
Candidate Management
- Conduct initial screening calls and competency-based interviews.
- Prepare candidates for client interviews and manage feedback loops.
- Manage offer negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding coordination.
Client Engagement
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business priorities and hiring needs.
- Provide consultative advice on talent strategy, compensation benchmarks, and process design.
- Deliver consistent communication, ensuring a high-touch experience for both client and candidate.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.
- Support proposal writing and participate in client meetings or presentations when required.
Process & Data Management
- Manage candidate pipelines in the ATS with up-to-date and accurate records.
- Ensure recruitment activities are data-driven and compliant with internal standards.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or search (agency or in-house).
- Strong sourcing skills with proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean logic, and social sourcing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Commercially minded with the ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in GSuite, Excel, ATS systems, and digital collaboration tools.
- Fluent in English; additional Asian languages are an advantage.
