Lead and execute Trade Marketing strategies end-to-end (Planning & Field Execution) to drive sales growth, improve in-store excellence, and strengthen brand visibility across channels (MT/GT/B2B) for fresh products.
Key Responsibilities
A. Trade Marketing Planning
- Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with business targets (sales, distribution, visibility, market share)
- Design channel-specific programs (MT, GT, B2B) to drive sell-in & sell-out
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales & Supply Chain in S&OP to ensure demand-supply alignment
- Manage and optimize trade promotion calendar, POSM strategy, and launch plans for new SKUs
- Monitor and evaluate promotion effectiveness (ROI, uplift, off-take)
B. Field Execution & In-store Excellence
- Lead in-store execution: display, visibility, POSM deployment, activation programs
- Ensure Perfect Store standards across key accounts and priority outlets
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor execution quality and competitor activities
- Work closely with Sales team to drive execution discipline and performance tracking
- Identify opportunities to improve shopper experience and conversion at point of sale
C. Performance Tracking & Analysis
- Track and analyze sales performance, promotion results, and channel KPIs
- Provide actionable insights to optimize trade activities and resource allocation
- Manage trade marketing budget effectively (cost control & ROI focus)
D. Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) for seamless execution
- Work with agencies/vendors for POSM production, activation and merchandising execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related fields
- 4–6 years of experience in Trade Marketing / Sales / Field Execution (FMCG preferred, Fresh/Food is a plus)
- Strong understanding of channel dynamics (MT/GT/B2B) and in-store execution
- Hands-on, result-driven, strong ownership in both planning & field execution
- Good analytical skills (Excel/Power BI is a plus)
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
