Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HRBP: Work closely with various departments to understand their hiring needs and tailor hiring strategies.
Source and Engage Passive Candidates: Use creative sourcing methods to identify, attract top talent through multiple channels and understand candidates.
Manage Recruitment Pipeline: Oversee the end-to-end process, track resource needs, input data to prepare reports and ensure timely candidate placement.
Achieve Monthly KPIs: Focus on meeting recruitment targets by sourcing and placing high-quality candidates in assigned SLAs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience at MNCs or recruitment agencies are preferred.
Strong sourcing, and hunting skill will be a must.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
