Recruiter Intern (No experienced required, Training provided)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern (Training provided) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possess a keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process while contributing to our teams success.

Responsibility:

Client Management

• Source recruitment needs through cold calls.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and company cultures.
• Identify recruitment solution opportunities.
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries.
• Ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with the team for quality recruitment services.
• Stay updated on industry trends.

Candidate Management

• Identify candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Build a candidate network and maintain communication.
• Perform skills assessments and reference checks.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep accurate candidate records in the tracking system.
