Raw Materials QC Specialist

Responsibilities

• Verify legal documentation of raw materials to ensure compliance with regulations before warehouse entry.
• Control and evaluate the physico-chemical quality of raw materials.
• Control and evaluate the microbiological quality of raw materials.
• Consolidate raw material quality control results and propose improvements.
• Handle non-conformities in raw material quality control.
• Manage identification and traceability of raw materials.
• Ensure raw material quality control complies with Vinasoy standards, plans, and requirements.
• Achieve assigned objectives in raw material quality control.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in Food Technology, Biochemistry, or related fields...
• Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience; ISO/IEC 17025 certification preferred; experience in external audits is a plus.
• Experience in FMCG is an advantage.
• Knowledge of quality processes, production, and management systems.
