Junior QC Tester Engineer (Manual)

About Us

Were currently looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our ServiceNow project. This is a great opportunity for those who are strong in testing fundamentals, eager to develop testing strategies, and willing to upskill in a growing enterprise platform.

What Youll Do

Review requirements and proactively develop strong test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.

Execute FAT/UAT testing in Agile-based projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Vietnam, UK & Romania.

Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, retrospectives.

Learn and apply ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) training will be provided.

Contribute to defect root cause analysis and release documentation.

Help manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process from start to finish.

What Were Looking For

Must-Have:

Solid understanding of QA theory, testing life cycle, and testing techniques.

1+ years of experience in manual testing, preferably in web-based enterprise systems.

Experience in FAT/UAT coordination, test execution, and defect management.

Good English communication skills (written & verbal).

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Will Be Trained On:

Experience or interest in ServiceNow platform.

Exposure to Automated Test Framework (ATF) is a strong advantage.

Any knowledge of enterprise workflow tools or cloud-based platforms.
