R&D Leader - Dental Product

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to improve existing products and expand the product portfolio in alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to define product direction.
• Review and approve R&D proposals (formulations, processes, stability) and oversee product registration documentation.
• Ensure all research, testing, and validation activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept development to production and quality validation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on packaging development, product specifications, and product registration.
• Deliver internal product training and propose solutions to enhance product quality.
• Manage, assign, and evaluate the R&D team; provide regular performance reports to the Board of Directors. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Healthcare, Dentistry, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant computer applications.
• Ability to conduct research, manage, and develop projects effectively.
• Strong skills in resource planning and coordination (including manpower and timelines).
• Knowledge of Marketing or Business Administration is an advantage.
