Job Description

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have a proven track

record in recruiting tech talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and collaborating with stakeholders to

deliver exceptional hiring experiences.

Job Scope

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments

Source potential candidates through online channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other professional networks

Advertise job postings within appropriate forums to attract high-quality candidates

Assess candidate information and recruitment process using Applicant Tracking System

Plan and coordinate interview and selection processes, including conducting screening calls, administering assessments, scheduling interviews, liaising with headhunters and candidates, and providing timely feedback

Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders

Prepare and process hiring documentation in collaboration with the Human Resources department

Develop and execute targeted digital campaigns to enhance the company&aposs online employer brand

Leverage online platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels, to highlight company culture, career opportunities, and achievements

Do other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years in recruitment, specializing in IT recruitment

Strong understanding of software development roles and technologies (Ruby on Rails, Golang, Swift, Kotlin, QA/QC, Bridging Engineer roles) to evaluate candidates effectively

Proficiency in sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, niche platforms)

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or equivalent recruitment tools

Good English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics

Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment strategies, and data analysis.
