Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing, QA methodologies, and hands-on testing techniques. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure our products meet the highest quality standards before launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for our product.
  • Collaborate with the product team to define quality goals and testing strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control processes and testing methodologies across projects.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing on web, mobile, and desktop applications to identify defects and ensure the software meets requirements.
  • Participate in regression testing and integration testing processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve quality control issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing to identify potential issues.
  • Analyze quality metrics and ensure continuous improvements to the QC processes.
  • Communicate test results and quality assessments to stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the QA and QC field.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance.
  • Experience with both manual and automated testing tools and processes, as well as test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies (e.g., unit testing, system testing, regression testing).
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Understanding of security testing and compliance standards.

Working location: Hoang Hoa Tham Street, Gia Dinh Ward, HCMC
