We are looking for a Senior Manual Tester who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow into a leadership role. You will work on digital financial platforms, ensuring quality and reliability through structured testing processes. This role is ideal for someone with solid testing experience and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset, even if they haven&apost officially held a 'Lead' title before.

• Execute and manage manual testing tasks across web, mobile, and API projects.
• Collaborate with BAs, Developers, and PMs to deeply understand product requirements and assess risks.
• Design, review, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases.
• Ensure high product quality through thorough test execution and clear documentation of results.
• Support team coordination: assign tasks (when needed), track progress, and ensure testing coverage.
• Participate in requirement reviews and contribute ideas to improve product and process quality.
• Mentor and support junior team members to help strengthen the teams overall testing capability.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software QA/QC, with proven manual testing experience.
• Hands-on experience testing web apps, mobile apps, and APIs.
• Solid knowledge of testing principles: test design, defect tracking, and execution.
• Strong analytical thinking; ability to detect inconsistencies and create effective test scenarios.
• Good communication skills; team-oriented and capable of working across departments.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• ISTQB Foundation (Advanced is a plus).

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Postman, TestRail, etc.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior testers.
• Collaboration experience with automation or dev teams.
• TOEIC/IELTS or relevant professional certifications.
