Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior QC Engineer with strong manual testing experience and a willingness to grow into automation testing. The ideal candidate will have solid testing skills, excellent attention to detail, and good English communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams.
Responsibilities- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications, ensuring product quality and reliability.
- Analyze requirements, create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Execute functional, regression, smoke, UI/UX, and exploratory testing.
- Track and report defects clearly and accurately, collaborating with developers and stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Learn and gradually apply automation testing tools and frameworks under mentorship/training.
- Support building and maintaining automation test scripts once proficient.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in software testing, primarily in manual testing.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, processes, and defect tracking.
- Experience testing web, mobile, or enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, TestRail, or Zephyr.
- Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST, etc.) and SQL for data validation.
- Good English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Willingness and motivation to learn automation testing (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving mindset, detail-oriented, and proactive.
