QA Supervisor - Cu Chi Plant

Job Description:

- Oversee and manage quality assurance processes for dairy, beverage, and food products.

- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product safety and compliance.

- Coordinate and conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines.

- Collaborate with production departments to proactively address quality issues.

- Prepare detailed reports on quality assurance activities and results.

- Train and mentor QA team members on best practices and compliance standards.

- Stay up to date with industry regulations and ensure company compliance.

- Work with other departments to build a quality-focused company culture.

- Support product development initiatives through quality assessments.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance in the dairy, beverage, or food industry.

- In-depth understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Effective communication and leadership skills.

- Knowledge of quality assurance tools and methods.

- Proactive problem-solving skills.

*Work location: 217 Nguyen Van Thu, Dakao Ward, District 1, HCMC.

*Working Hours: 48 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.
