- Purchasing / Sourcing 50% 1.1 – 1.12
- Direct and oversee daily operations of Purchasing and Sourcing.
- Ensure procurement of materials, commodities, and services is on track and on time.
- Manage quotation, purchase requisitions, and orders promptly.
- Select and negotiate with suppliers regarding pricing, contracts, warranties, and services to achieve cost-saving KPIs.
- Identify alternative sourcing for risk mitigation and cost reduction.
- Ensure all specifications and requirements are met in quotations.
- Establish category management aligned with global SIC LLC requirements.
- Ensure efficient spending on materials and equipment.
- Resolve all non-conforming product issues within the month and track supplier performance.
- Maintain updated backlog reports and inform requesters of delivery changes via DMS.
- Ensure vendor on-time delivery, especially for project transfers.
- Ensure compliance with import regulations for chemicals/special materials.
- Verify proper handling of used equipment importation.
- Ensure all purchasing documents are provided to Finance on time.
- Vendor Management & Inventory Control 20% 2.1 – 2.7
- Oversee vendor evaluation, selection, and performance management.
- Collaborate with SQE for vendor assessment schedules and communicate performance results.
- Conduct vendor audits, visits, and meetings as planned.
- Ensure supplier-related issues are resolved promptly.
- Monitor open PO and on-time delivery reports to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Drive localization and sourcing to minimize inventory value.
- Harmonize materials and ensure proper escalation of critical deliveries to both local and global teams.
- Reporting 10% 3 - Direct and oversee data collection, analysis, and submission of reports such as OTD, AVL, Saving, and Metric reports.

- Apply proper interview and selection techniques to ensure the right people in the right roles.

Education & Experience

Educational Background Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering (or equivalent).
Working Experience - Minimum 8 years of related experience in Purchasing within a manufacturing environment.- At least 3 years of management/leadership experience.- Technical background is a plus.- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Abilities - Strong communication across all organizational levels.- Systematic, detail-oriented, and assertive negotiator.- Strong memory, organization, and coordination skills.- Familiar with material handling equipment, machines, tooling, and spare parts.
